Two Universe Glasses in Porcelain. The vase of the universe finds its inspiration in a very specific Mayan vase, which justifies its name. The original vase presents a decoration that represents the creation of the world, a theme deeply rooted in Mayan cosmology. The choice of this name is based on the purpose of capturing the very essence of how the Mayans conceived the origin of the cosmos.

About the porcelain: The paste used to make Cacharro's products is a formula created in his workshop. Arriving at this formula took 7 years of materials research. To achieve this high-quality paste, nearly 250 different formulas were explored. All its pieces are subjected to firing at 1,250°C guaranteeing that the enamel is fully vitrified and highly resistant with 0% porosity to guarantee surfaces free of bacteria and fungi.

About the glazes: All the glazes also developed in his workshop are 100% compatible with the ceramic body. The colors of the enamels are obtained by incorporating metallic oxides that melt into the glass layer forming the surface of the pieces. For example, the white glaze of it is the base that allows you to see the whiteness of the porcelain. Color enamels, as in the case of No.16, are made up of the base together with a percentage of cobalt oxide, which gives it that distinctive deep and characteristic blue.
