Process: We macerate the citrus peels with the botanicals and spices in organic corn alcohol at 50 degrees, 7 days later we remove and filter several times. We add organic agave honey as a sweetener. We color with 3 parts cochineal grana and one part purple sweet potato. Bottled and labeled by hand.
Tasting notes: Fresh and natural flavors of citrus, sweet Jamaica and mint at the end. Soft entry with a long finish, complex due to its botanicals but friendly. A pleasant bittersweet.
