Handmade in Mexico in the municipality of Cuicatlán in the state of Oaxaca. This rum is a tribute to the agricultural production method developed in the Caribbean, giving great importance to the raw material rather than the production yield.
The "agricultural" process means that the rum is made from 100% sugarcane juice, without any prior processing. It's important to distinguish this from "weed rum," which is made from sugar mill waste, separating the raw material from the final product. This process gives the rum a unique and very complex character.
It revives organic farming practices, maintaining optimal quality for the sugarcane. Made from high-altitude sugarcane (1200-700 meters above sea level) and 100% organic sugarcane juice, giving it a unique and complex character.
