Singular object. Small spoons made ethically with the horn of Guzerat cattle raised for food. Turning horn into objects of use is an ancient practice that begins with a carefully selected horn shell cut to size. The material is heated until it is malleable, then it is flattened, molded, and bent to its shape. Once cool and solid, it is cleaned, bleached, and sanded many times to smoothness. Finally, it was polished and waxed to show unique shading and ridges. Natural horn varied in color and pattern.
