Photography
The inherent vigor of nature and the bond that man establishes with his natural environment are two threads that are stretched in this work. Using the world recreated in the Museum of Natural History as a setting, Ilán Rabchinskey creates taxidermy portraits and photographs of dioramas of natural environments. The photographer's perspective places us in a paradox, since, in the faithful search for the essence of the world, it is discovered that the human bond with what surrounds it is an artifice. At this crossroads between reality and representation, Mario Bellatin is situated, who, through fiction, provides a space to rediscover a connection with nature.
